Collectivism

Our working environment is non-competitive and our management structure is flat. We all work together towards the common goal of building families that flourish.

We are always seeking more knowledge and professional growth opportunities. We believe in innovation and finding solutions that go completely outside the box.

Integrity

We do everything right the first time. We don’t cut corners or provide false information. We are honest, transparent, and solution-oriented.

We look for friendly, outgoing, and honest people. We work with people who are open to diverse experiences. Our employees learn a variety of skills, as we work with individuals from a wide range of neurodiverse personalities and ages.

I feel empowered to do the work I’m trained to do.

Schools, public and private health agencies, workplaces and counseling centers employ practitioners who engage in behavioral interventions. Because behavior intervention is aimed at modifying negative behaviors through treatment plans, such interventions often rely on families, schools or other support systems to assist with monitoring, implementation and adjustment.
