1. REFUNDS
We stand behind our services and your satisfaction with our courses is important to us, so we make refunds if the customer is not satisfied with our courses. Requests for refunds of our courses must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase and registration of the course or the establishment of the contract. If 7 days have passed since the date of purchase and registration of the course or the establishment of the contract, we cannot offer a refund.

If at the time of payment for services or courses you are overcharged, contact us and we will make the respective return.
2. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

The refund may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed and reflected through the original payment method.
